Returns and refunds

If for ANY reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within fourteen (14) days of delivery receipt.

This is a “NO QUESTIONS ASKED” return policy, but you DO have to contact me to let me know you are initiating a return so I can provide the correct return shipping address. I also ask that you please email me the tracking number so I can follow the package's journey and handle the refund expediently.

The return shipping fee with delivery confirmation is the buyer’s responsibility, and postal insurance is strongly suggested.

I only accept returns for items that are in clean, unworn condition, still tagged, and in the original gift box and packaging. Returns should be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of initial delivery receipt. Items returned outside of the 14-day period will not accepted.

Items that are returned altered or damaged will be assessed and the appropriate amount will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be sent within seven (7) days via PayPal to the PayPal account the buyer used to make the purchase. It may take additional time for PayPal to process the refund once it is out of my hands.

PLEASE NOTE that custom orders and items marked “final sale” are NOT returnable.
