Glamorosi.com is a sole proprietorship. I design all of the items in this shop.

♥ I develop my own perfume formulas and hand-pour them in small batches.
♥ All of the photographs and drawings shown on products are original, by me, but I use several professional printing companies to add them to products including purses, mugs, stationery, etc.

RETURN POLICY
♥ If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within three (3) days of delivery receipt.
♥ I only accept returns for items that are in unused and/or unworn condition. All items must be have their original tags attached, and they must be in the original packaging.
♥ Returns should be postmarked within seven (7) days of initial delivery receipt.
♥ Return shipping with delivery confirmation is the buyer’s responsibility, and postal insurance is strongly suggested.
♥ Refunds MINUS THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEE will be sent via PayPal.
