♥ Returns & exchanges not accepted.
♥ Shipping is free for all jewelry items. Orders are shipped in boxes or padded envelopes. You will receive an email with tracking info once the shipment is on the way. I am currently only shipping to addresses in the United States.
♥ For most of the year orders are shipped twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays, but go out more frequently during peak and holiday seasons.
♥ If you order multiple items they will ship in as few packages as possible to save on shipping fees (for me) and resources.
♥ In most cases, the tissue and bubble wrap I use is recycled from shipments I receive.
♥ Orders that total over $250 in merchandise are shipped with signature required.
